Finance Business Partner, permanent, full time
Based in either London (Victoria), Burford (West Oxfordshire) or Hartlebury (Worcestershire)
What is the role?
This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-driven and enthusiastic financial professional to join the Finance Team in a growing and dynamic charity. We are looking for someone who is either already a successful Finance Business Partner or professional with a strong accounting background who is looking for the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your career portfolio, get involved at a strategic level, build strong effective working relationships and provide financial analysis to support Executive and Board level decisions.
You will proactively provide insight, advice and challenge to the charity’s performance and strategic activities. In addition, you will drive productivity and performance by linking financial analysis and forecasting with the charity’s activities and plans. You will also influence your stakeholders on key financial decisions and being commercially savvy, you will work on projects, assess contractual arrangements and optimise resources.
As Finance Business Partner you will utilise financial data, market trends and modelling to advise management on decisions such as how to improve performance, minimise risk and identify new opportunities from both within the charity and the external environment. This includes analysis of historical financials, variance explanations, forecasting of risks and opportunities, and Key Performance Indicators.
What is required?
To be successful you’ll be professionally qualified or have demonstratable accounting experience with a driven and proactive approach and a strong sense of commercial acumen. You’ll be a keen problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance persons across the organisation.

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus £3,954 London Weighting Allowance, if based in London (pro-rata if less than 5 days per week)
